Database Team Member

A basic salary of £21,745 with pension, critical illness, life assurance, single health care, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.
As our Database Team Member you’ll be responsible for maintaining customer records by administrating regular database cleansing, fulfilling customer data requests and supporting the Sales team with extensive data requirements.
Experience of working in a busy environment is essential along with excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel. You will be able to accurately manipulate large sets of data and have a keen eye for detail. You must be well motivated and reliable, with a 'can do' attitude.
What does the role of Database Team Member involve?
· Extracting and manipulating data
· Formatting data in readiness to be uploaded to online systems.
· Liaising with internal departments where needed
· Maintaining CMS customer records in accordance with customer requests.
· Management of database cleanse routines
· Generating campaign performance reports.
· Ad-Hoc administration tasks as required.
What do you need to succeed as a Database Team Member?
· Ability to manipulate large sets of data.
· Strong I.T skills including Excel.
· The ability to use specific Excel functions including VLookup and Pivot tables.
· Self-motivated with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
· Pinnacle knowledge would be highly desirable.
