Connexus Hub is a professional services firm that works with Government Agencies and Fortune 500 customers. We are looking for a DB Administrator to effectively manage the administration, cleanup, usage, and support of data elements throughout the data record lifecycle.
Job type: W2 + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick)
Location: Washington DC
Duties:
- Creation & management of new & existing user accounts.
- Conduct testing and exercises.
- Complete two (2) general training sessions for new system users on ENS database.
- Prepare reports in relation to executed tests and exercises, ensure all information is backed up, prepare and send communications to employees to gather or update personal information, and annually send information update requests.
- Monitor inbox service requests within the ENS database.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of database administrator experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to exercise independent technical and professional judgment in the area working.
- Commitment to quality; continuous improvement oriented.
- If necessary, be able to multi-task, yet be attentive to details.
- Be a team player and be willing to take ownership for the quality of services and work products.
- Be flexible and able to quickly adapt to the dynamic and evolving operating environment.
