Data Visualisation Analyst - Tableau - Alteryx - 12 months contract - Hybrid working
We are seeking an experienced Data Visualisation Analyst with strong Alteryx and Tableau skills to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 12 months contract. There may be a potential to work the role from of the London offices but Bournemouth is the preference.
You will work with the Workforce Insights Area Product Manager to help define high-impact, long-term strategies to build world-class teams in two of JPMC’s largest tech-centric groups. You will use your data wrangling skills, creativity, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders to support the organization in data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will quickly grasp complex business problems and convert them into data solutions. You are equally comfortable spending your day analyzing a complex data set, building a dashboard, and ideating on the underlying business problem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create dashboards and reports that answer key questions about technology talent and workforce strategy
- Be resourceful and creative in finding and analyzing data
- Be the expert on internal people-related data and find data-driven solutions to stakeholders' problems
- Communicate to non-technical partners about actionable insights and analytical methods
- Automate tasks and add efficiencies to traditional data processes
- Collaborate with multiple teams and navigate unstructured, ambiguous environments
- Drive end-to-end projects independently while managing stakeholder expectations
- Guide your peers and partners in developing their data fluency and analytical skills
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Professional experience as an Analyst in a business intelligence role
- Demonstrated success working across the analytics project lifecycle, including analytics solution design, data extraction and transformation, descriptive data analysis, and data visualization
- Advanced understanding of data analysis and visualization tools specifically Excel, Tableau and Alteryx.
- Confident, precise verbal and written communication with non/technical colleagues and senior stakeholders
- Exhibits strong problem-solving skills
- Communicates effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Influences others to achieve goals
- Can confidently and quickly make decisions
- Operates with great attention to detail
- Executes with high quality at a rapid pace
- Has a passion for people and data
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with people analytics projects
- Experience with statistics and data science techniques

Salary: £300.00-£400.00 per day
