Job description

Key parts of this role will include the following but not be limited to:
Developing new tools for the EMEA research platform;
- Reporting/dashboard functionality – for research and internal clients/business teams
- Review and start developing links to local research (sub-markets), TimeXtender
- Develop site selection/location strategy tool/dashboard – to external clients
- Support global occupier guide production with EMEA content
- Mapping assessment/integration with GIS system
EMEA/Global Capital Markets
- Colliers deals alignment / track record with RCA & Cherre
- Client deal/fund data analysis / integration: Cherre +++++
- Disposals dashboard – fund expiry, ESG, debt, other
- Acquisitions dashboard – fund raising, high buy-side activity levels
Real Estate experience preferred
