They also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.
Our multi-disciplined teams include: DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.
Role Description:
The role as Data and Reporting Analyst within the Global Payments Solutions function, is to deliver reliable, accurate Service Management and availability data across the Global function.
The person in this role will be responsible for managing, collating and reporting comprehensive service metrics and reporting frameworks, whist ensuring that we also adhere to the Global IT standards. Your focus will be on measuring, analysing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)and operational metrics to assess IT performance, identify improvement areas and drive data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:
- Provide regular data-driven reports and metrics on service performance and opportunities to IT leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve service data processes and practices based on lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to further enhance our data and capture process, including automation.
- Use data analysis to highlight opportunities to improve the organisation
- Ensure effective engagement and participation of stakeholders in the day to day processes that capture Service availability and performance data.
- Respond to changing organizational and operational needs to help ensure that we are adapting our data models to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Service Reporting and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the quality of the data captured.
- Proficient in using IT service Management tools and software
- Must have experience working within Financial Services, preferably within the Payments function
- Must have experience using Python to automate processes
- Strong knowledge of Service Reporting methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
- The drive to become a Service Data Subject Matter Expert.
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, particularly in the Service data space.
The role will be based in London but some travel may be required. This role supports Hybrid working.
