Location: The roles are based across the UK, you will be attached to one of the following locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Croydon, Darlington, Fareham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Newport, Nottingham, Penrith, Plymouth, Reading, Salisbury, Sheffield, Wolverhampton. Availability of positions at each location and working arrangements including Homeworking, will be subject to organisation's capacity.
Salary: Starting salary can range between £28,408 to £36,000 and is determined by location and the organisation you join.
Working Patterns: Flexible working, Full-time, Homeworking, Job share, Part-time. Fixed term appointment will be for a minimum of 2 years.
Closing Date: 11:55pm on Thursday Tuesday 9th May.

The Data Science Graduate Programme, delivered by the Data Science Campus at the Office for National Statistics, offers structured training in data science skills and techniques while you work alongside experienced teams of data scientists in high-profile public-sector organizations.
As a Data Science Graduate, you will help public sector organizations tackle some of the key issues facing society by delivering insight from data and applying innovative approaches and techniques. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects and day-to-day problems in your assigned organization, building your knowledge and skills and making a real-world impact.
We are looking for candidates with core programming skills, mathematical skills, logical and creative thinking skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You should have at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent experience of working in an analytical field, with a passion for data and a desire to use it to make a difference.
The Data Science Graduate Programme offers a highly valuable two-year learning pathway with regular training sessions delivered by the Data Science Campus, allowing you to think critically about data and data science with appropriate consideration of ethics, impartial analysis, and effective communication of data-derived insights.
