Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. What you will be doing?
As the Data Verifier you will be producing and verifying performance reports. Based on these reports you will be able to recommend actions to help generate ideas to drive forward continuous improvement in all aspects of service and efficiency. Alongside this role you will be resolving any management queries in relation to reports/information provided.
Key duties will include:
Development and collation of various reports
Recommend actions as a result of the performance reporting and analysis.
Resolution of any driver/operator queries in relation to performance information.
Develop and automate the production and publication of suitable, reports analysis and advice whenever possible
Supporting the data entry teams to help produce daily work schedules, allocation of work, ensure timely completion to the required quality/standard
What does it take to be a Data Verifier ?
Advanced user of Excel
Ability to present detailed information in clear and easy to understand format
Excellent stakeholder engagement skillset with the ability to adapt communication styles (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Ability and confidence to challenge and question data/financial/commercial issues with the ability to share best practise
Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
Full driving licence
