What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and prioritise your workstack and development priorities effectively.
  • Create supporting documentation for Data Reporting and Analysis data models and applications.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and accuracy of data in the reporting suite (EPR).
  • Maintain compliance with EUGDPR regulations, ensuring the security of data.
  • Collaborate across BT Business, engaging with stakeholders to prioritise and implement key initiatives.
  • Successfully deliver requirements to our supplier teams (Digital, Business Data Team, Commercial MIS, Data Governance).
  • Continuously improve the reporting suite (EPR) catering to BT Business.
  • Drive demand and engagement for our reporting suite (EPR).
  • Influence Data and reporting strategy for Business at a senior level.
  • Implement and recommend improvements to establish a strong governance framework and ensure good data management practices.
Skills you'll need
  • Excellent SQL knowledge and experience (TSQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, GoogleSQL).
  • Ability to design, troubleshoot, and migrate packages across integration tools (SSIS, PDI, etc.).
  • Advanced understanding of data modelling techniques.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving complex technical issues while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage conflicting demands and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear delivery plans, align teams, and motivate matrix teams.
