Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in data. As a Data Operations Officer you will be immediately contributing to supporting our customers to use and understand their data. You will expected to proactively engage in development opportunities to build your expertise in: Housemark data; problem solving; customer support and excel skills. Our strategy is to be the unrivalled source of housing data and insight in the UK housing sector and we are looking for a Data Operations Officer to play a fundamental role in helping us deliver our corporate strategy.
In this exciting role you will deliver an excellent customer experience to a portfolio of members. You will provide professional front-line data entry support, validation and guidance to customers to ensure data quality and help customers gain insight from the data through analysis.
You do not need to have any experience specific to this role as full training will be provided. However, the successful candidate needs an aptitude for working quickly and intuitively with figures, along with the ability to explain calculations to customer We will be looking for evidence of good verbal and numeric skills.
Our ideal candidate will be degree-educated with customer service, and problem-solving skills. You might be a whizz at Excel particularly in formulas and pivot tables, but you are definitely looking for a challenge and willing to learn new things. Perhaps you have recently completed a degree that has a data slant and wondering what do next?
