Data Mining Analyst

Hours: 37 p/week

We’re looking for two experienced Data Analysts to join the team on a 12 month fixed term basis at our Support Centre. The role can be fully flexible either remote working or based in the office.

As a Data Mining Analyst, your role will include:

• Carrying out thorough reviews of company systems in order to identify risk to profitability.
• Identifying new areas of monitoring, including stakeholder engagement, analysis of return of investment and production of reports and tools.
• Engage with key stakeholders to support improvement where issues are identified, and provide guidance as required to adapt process going forward so as to avoid the risk of profit loss.
• Report back on findings, patterns and results to agreed timescales to relevant stakeholders.
• Be determined and driven in delivery of specific KPI improvements, and raise any potential for expansion of activity to line management.​​​​​​​
