Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Associate Master Data Management to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entry, maintenance, and accuracy of Master Data elements in SAP, including Commercial, Clinical, and Raw Material Masters. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be proficient in SAP data entry. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Responsibilities:
· Enter and maintain Basic and Quality Data elements in SAP, including Commercial, Clinical, and Raw Material Masters.
· Provide guidance and training on process and system to department staff.
· Extract and interpret relevant data for reporting purposes.
· Uphold global master data governance processes.
· Support process improvement initiatives and projects.
· Test SAP functionality and support ERP releases.
· Monitor data quality and identify and correct master data errors.
· Achieve data accuracy targets and service level agreements.
· Prepare data quality metrics reports and minutes for governance meetings.
· Manage change control impacting SAP Material Master Data.
· Maintain department documentation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR associate degree with equivalent experience OR High school diploma/GED with extensive experience in Supply Chain, SAP ERP, or Master Data Governance.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in SAP data entry.
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Tableau or similar platforms is preferred.
· Comfortable working in an agile environment and leading cross-functional work.
· Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $90.00 per hour
