- First degree in science/healthcare related discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ICH GCP and Research Governance
- Knowledge of drug development process and concept of clinical trials

- Experience of data management of clinical trials
- Experience of line management
Desirable criteria
- Experience of carrying out a research project
- Experience of working in the NHS
