One of the UK's premier Facilities Managment (FM) providers are now looking for a Sustainability Data Manager to review, improve and implement internal IT processes around how data is captured, stored, retrieved and analysed for use across the wider Sustainability team.
The Sustainability Division look to implement environmentally friendly solutions for blue chip customer's and their building portfolio, a robust and reliable IT internal system is required as a key support function
Actions will include:
- Design and implement processes to identify, collect, link and manage data across a range of systems, working with a range of internal stakeholders and third party providers.
- Develop and implement procedures for secure and effective data sharing and data management. Enforce and continually develop data management strategies and policies.
- Develop techniques that allow for the collection of accurate data. Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data
- Work with sustainability and social value SMEs to design processes for data capture and analysis to enable robust reporting. Evaluate the performance of data systems and seek ways to enhance them. Troubleshoot and authorize the maintenance of data-related problems.
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation to interpret and report on large amounts of data.
- Identify patterns, relationships, and problems in data and determine limitations in data reliability and usability.
- Design and build reports that summarise and present data in the most appropriate format for stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and ensure the evidenced delivery of social value commitments across all in scope key accounts in line with agreed KPIs and reporting requirements
We need from you:
- Proven experience in data management and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience and designing and implementing data management processes and procedures. Understanding of interactions between data sources, data organisation, and storage.

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
