Navistar's People and Culture organization is seeking a HR Data Management Associate to join our growing team!!
Responsibilities:The HR Data Management Associate will perform a variety of HR related administrative tasks, such as:
- Report and analyze employee data into electronic databases for headcount accruals
- Data entry into HRIS systems for position management as well as spans and layers across organization
- Process data requests and provide relevant information
- Accurately interpret and communicate data with managers across the organization
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree
OR
- At least 2 years of HRIS experience
