Overview
Eden Brown Synergy Corporate Service Division is working in partnership with a Central Government Organisation based in South Lanarkshire, which is seeking to recruit a Data Insights Manager on an interim basis to join their busy team. You should be having strong technical skills and proven experience in Data Insights functions. The Data Insights capability is responsible for applying a sustainability focus, using data reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to increase sustainability and reduce the organisation's impact on the environment.
This a Hybrid role, paying of £450 per day inside IR35 for 6 months initially. SC clearance is essential.
Your role:
You will curate and maintain the IT Service Management Data Model and work with Product Teams and ITSM Capabilities to collate data from across the estate, ensuring data quality and coherence. You will also, enable and support the organisation to deliver reporting and management information including sustainability considerations to senior leadership to support in insights driven decision making. Additionally, you will proactively focus on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government's diplomatic, development and consular work around the world
