We’re currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365© (CRM) Data & Insights Analyst reporting into our Strategic Bidding & Content Manager. This role will have responsibility for understanding, strategic analysis and reporting on pipeline, relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Location: Flexible on location (Rushden & London main offices)
Contract: Permanent, full-time position. Also, able to consider part-time opportunities.
In this exciting role, as (CRM) Data & Insights Analyst you will provide a key role in assimilating data across the business on pipeline and opportunities, as well as customer relationship and satisfaction levels. Competitor and consultant analysis to support business decision making and key account plans at individual business stream and Group level. This includes supporting the Strategic Bidding and Content Manager with insights generated in CRM and Kier IQ to produce a monthly report to the Kier Group Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Strategic Bidding and Content Manager and the Corporate Affairs Director on the delivery of the Kier Customer strategy
- Conducting reporting and analysis of pipeline, prospects, and cross selling at a Group level using Microsoft PowerBI© and Excel
- Supporting the implementation, embedding, understanding and use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365© tool among the network of users across Kier
- Requirements gathering, analysis and prioritisation in line with Kier Group’s Microsoft Dynamics 365© upgrade programme
- Educate the business on the value and importance of data engineering to identify further pipeline opportunities through data insights
- Developing Microsoft PowerBI© reports and datasets to achieve advanced insights for the Group. Working with super users to assist engagement and cascading of governance
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of maintaining a large multi-user Microsoft Dynamics 365© CRM system
- Exceptional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365© and Microsoft PowerBI©
- Complex data analytics and translation to simple reporting
- MS Office including Excel skills, Power Queries and Power Apps©
- Ability to communicate complex data and messages in a simple way
- Challenge traditional thinking to solve problems
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting projects/demands
- Highly responsive & organised with excellent attention to detail
- Driven by business and customer needs always giving great service
- Previous experience contributing to strategic governance forums taking ownership for all Microsoft Dynamics 365© data architecture related activities
