Salary: £25,000-£32,000 per annum + 5% annual bonus

We're looking for a data driven expert to join our team as a Data & Insight Analyst. Reporting into the Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, you will support with all data and reporting in our two Community Services brands.

You will work with the BI Manager to continually assess the existing and develop new tools that help drive business performance. This will involve analysing and interpreting data to support the business development and operational management teams to make informed decisions, ensuring that the business can take a data-led approach to growing our markets, delivering an optimised service maximising margin, whilst enhancing the customer experience.

Part of the Acacium Group, Pulse Nursing at Home provides flexible, bespoke care for people living in their own homes and communities. Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is a division that consists of Complex Community Care, Learning Disabilities and Autism and Mental Health. At TCS, high quality care is our number one priority.


Everyday you will...


  • Develop new reporting solutions by progressively working with the business unit leads and key stakeholders to meet their requirements
  • Deliver reporting solutions ranging from Excel through to visualisation tools and reporting platforms which provide accurate and insightful analysis of our performance
  • Ensure that all current divisional client and internal reporting deadlines are met in line with any established SLA
  • Improve on data quality by working with team members and to provide any feedback to the wider business on poor quality or missing data
  • Work with the wider business to offer insights, guidance and support

To thrive in this role you must...


  • Have a proven track record of analysing large and complex datasets
  • Have previous experience with PowerBI
  • Have previous experience with SQL Server Management Studio
  • Have advanced analytical and excel skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
