At Restore we have an exciting opportunity for a Data Capturer to join the team on FTC basis.
This position would be ideal someone who prides themselves on making sure their work is accurate and enjoys working to tight deadlines.
Within the Data Capture role you will be following specified work instructions to ensure that documents are accurately captured according to specifications and make alterations as necessary. This role would be ideal for someone who has previous administrator or data entry experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that work is captured and keyed on the system to a high degree of accuracy
• Understanding specifications given to us and rejecting any documents which do not meet the required criteria
• Have the ability to follow different guidelines for multiple document types
• Record keeping ensuring accuracy of information for subsequent stages of processing
• Making sure all information is processed with a great level of detail.
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience with data entry or administration roles would be advantageous however not a necessity
• A team player
• Great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced role
• Has strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills and experience using package such as Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.
