Job description
RS Watch Repairs Ltd is looking to employ a passionate and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate would meet most if not all of the points stated below:
Responsibilities
- Data entry in various platforms - Training will be provided
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Ensure that the Department operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures
- To be an effective and participative team member
- To be a flexible, adaptable and highly committed individual
Experience
- Previous experience with the Watch/Jewellery industry is an advantage but NOT essential
