Yorktel are seeking a Finance Summer Intern.
As a Finance Summer Intern, you will assist the Finance Manager and the Finance team with various tasks related to accounting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. You will gain valuable experience in the media and technology industry and learn about the financial operations of a global company. You will also have the opportunity to work on a project that will showcase your skills and contribute to the company's goals.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update financial reports and dashboards
- Assist with month-end closing and audit procedures
- Conduct research and analysis on financial trends and performance indicators
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc requests and special projects
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Familiar with accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Education and Experience:
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies
- Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus
