An exciting opportunity is available for a suitably qualified person to join a globally focused financial technology firm. Simplify Synergy is the go-to platform for identity verification.
We are looking to hire a Data Entry Officer for our Identity Verification Services. The Data Entry Officer plays an active and important cross-functional role collaborating with our admin, customer service and operations teams. Ideally, you would have great interpersonal and organisational skills, have strong administrative skills, and be of professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday 10am to 2pm

Data Entry Officer for Simplify Synergy's Identity Verification Services.
The Data Entry Officer plays an active and important role in the Enrolment Centre, working as part of a team responsible for carrying out National Identity Number (NIN) Enrolments on behalf of applicants.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
a. Enrol applicants for their National Identity Number and issue NIN slips accordingly
b. Ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision.
c. Ensure that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
d. Carry out enrolment operations in line with agreed KPIs.
e. Observe the highest standards of work place ethics and treat all applicants courteously
f. Take stock of all enrolments carried out every End of Day; reviewing all enrolments done and verifying accuracy.
g. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of own activities.

b. Proficient in the use of MS Office tools

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum GCSE or equivalent experience. Additional Qualification would be an added advantage
b. No work experience required
c. Training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Common surfaces are sanitised regularly and all clients are required to wear a mask.
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
