VH2 Ltd is a Bristol based company. we are a well-established, leading supplier of quality health and wellbeing consumer products with a passion to create great quality goods which are available to all. We supply in the majority of major British grocers and retailers and are currently expanding internationally.
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team! Your main resposibility will be processing invoices on Quickbooks and filing them on our customers portals. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and is happy to process hundereds of invoices a day. You will also assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- GCSE's in maths and English of C or higher
- Previous experience in an office environment required
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to multi-task and work independently required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred but not required
This role is for a tempory contract of 2 weeks with the possibility of extention if required.
We are looking for an imediate start, but are flexible for the right candidate.
This could be the perfect role for someone looking for a summer job or a short term role.
