Job title: Data Entry Clerk

Based at: Home based

Department: O&M

Reporting to: Service Delivery Manager

Contract: Contract – 3 months

Role overview: The role requires the successful candidate to input a wide range of data from several different areas into our central databases and electronic system and to offer general administrative support.

Gridserve is looking for a bright and I.T literate person to assist with data entry and database administration.

Full training will be provided so no experience is necessary - although as a minimum you will be I.T literate, be accurate at data entry, have an attention to detail and be a fast learner.

Key Responsibilities

· Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

· Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents/data.

· To manage a variable workload.

· Moving documents and data from Teams onto new CMS system.

· Order processing, data input onto in-house computer system

· Having a clear understanding of and working towards achieving the Department’s KPIs.

· Navigate internal IT systems.

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System, compliant with ISO standards

Skills/Experience Required

· Have strong attention for detail and enjoy working with data.

· Experience with complex data entry and capacity to work at volume.

· Enjoy working in a team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

· Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. We are a fast-moving scaling up business.

· Are energetic and enthusiastic with strong self-organization and accountability.

· Confident in data handling.
