Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
To assist the Shared Health OESH Administration team with day-to-day data entry, filing and other manual clerical tasks.
Experience
- Experience using PHIMS is desirable or an equivalent data system.
- Experience working with Iron Mountain or an equivalent archiving system.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience working with SAP or an equivalent HR system.
- Extensive work-related experience performing clerical functions on computer systems.
- One year directly related experience.
- Previous healthcare experience would be an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Complete high school education Manitoba standards, required.
- Formal training in applied office skills is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Strong verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally.
Physical Requirements
- May be required to work for long periods of time at a computer.
- May be required to work for long periods of standing / kneeling.
- May be required to travel throughout the service area requiring a valid Manitoba driver’s license and use of a personal motor vehicle.
