Are you a strong team player with a work ethic second to none? Are you accurate, organized and always on the ball? If so, Manhattan Beer Distributors is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our IT Department. This position is pivotal in the maintenance of the company's key operating system for sales and operations.
Your Main Focus Will Be:
- Ensuring that new customer account set-up is accurately entered into our ERP system in a time-efficient manner.
- Routinely updating customer files and information.
- Perform regular maintenance in the main ERP system that ensures information is processed in a qualitative manner.
- Extracting information from the system to respond to various department requests.
- Supporting the sales team by ensuring requests are done on timely and accurately entered ,maintained in ERP.
- Researching key customer metrics.
- Transferring and maintaining sales routes to various individuals.
- Assisting with sales order entry as required.
- Answering /routing helpdesk calls.
Position Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Data entry or admin experience.
- Expertise in MS Office Software.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and accurate, with excellent follow through.
Hourly Salary: $19.00-$21.00
It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
