HSD Metrics (www.hsdmetrics.com) allows companies to collect employee survey data throughout the employment lifecycle. Our platform helps employers improve employee recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention by presenting complex data in a simple way using well-researched, secure, customized tools and technology.
We are a small, growing company that has been in business almost 30 years. Employees work out of their homes with minimal travel. They can work anywhere in the US. We offer a competitive base and incentive compensation.
Responsibilities include:
- Review and validate client HRIS data and perform ETL functions to load into our system, collaborate with team members to continuously improve HRIS data loading efficiency.
- Support main phone line.
- Respond to emails from survey respondents and clients.
- Reach out to client contacts when necessary.
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in data related field.
- 1-2 years experience as a Data Administrator.
- Ability to work approximately 30 hours per week, 1st shift schedule.
- Expert in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Jira would be helpful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access would be helpful.
- PowerPoint – ability to create and prepare the content.
- Data troubleshooting/QA skills.
- Soft skills, ability to build relationships - eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills - team player mentality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
