We are looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team in FreshPoint Vancouver.
This is an entry-level part-time Data Entry Clerk position to assist the accounting and sales with order entry, purchase orders and other clerical work.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of purchase orders and credits using the AS400 system
- Update price lists obtained from sales
- Assist in shipping and receiving department as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Previous experience in an office administration, reception, date-entry or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written communications
- Available to on statutory holidays
Location:
- 1020 Malkin Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3S9.
- Accessible to multiple transit lines.
- Please note that this is an onsite role due to the nature of the position.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time hours
- Monday to Thursday availability from 5pm to 9pm (ideally can work 2 - 3 days per week)
- Statutory holiday coverage required
