Job description

The Northamptonshire Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) is proud of its Early Intervention and Youth Service and has created a new post to support the team to manage their ever increasing caseloads. We are looking for an Early Intervention and Youth Service Coordinator to join the team to help us get organised and take some of the pressure off the Senior Practitioner team. You will be a methodical worker with a sense of professional curiosity and aware of professional boundaries and confidentiality as you will support meetings where case information is discussed. You will be confident with contacting Service Users and professionals, competent at using various case recording systems and have an interest in the support work completed by the team. You will be joining an established and high performing team which is growing. This is an exciting time to be joining us and we have multiple projects where your support and organisational skills are needed.

OPFCC staff are based at Police Headquarters, Wellingborough and work from Police and partner sites across the county.

This is a politically restricted post and requires successful completion of Police vetting.

Please complete the online application form explaining how you meet the job criteria.
