Position Summary
Title: Data Entry Support
Contract: Until March 31, 2024
Hours: Full-time
Location: Sinclair
Bargaining unit: PSAC
About the role
As the Data Entry Support, you will review documentation and assure accurate data entry, and coding into the relevant systems. You will respond to incoming correspondence for information. And you will perform administrative support functions such as records management, budget tracking, ordering and document processing. Additionally you will provide program advice, support, and assistance to nurses and other community service providers.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
- Post-secondary graduation from a recognized program
- One (1) year experience in office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of data entry, manipulation, and retrieval techniques using a variety of automated systems and software
