P&C Administrator – Data Entry

Position Overview:
The P&C Admin – Data Entry role is focussed on administrative support. This role provides flexible, responsive, and proactive support to the P&C Manager. Successful delivery of the various P&C administrative responsibilities with strong organization, planning and communication skills is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and input data into a variety of spreadsheets, databases, and programs.
- Scan, file, and maintain employee files
- Update, maintain and manage information on HRIS
- Maintain the computer system by updating and entering data/Create and distribute documents.
- Manage documents and projects for HRIS implementation
- Support the human resources team in various HR process including recruitment, training, performance management, administration of HR policies, etc. as required.
- Comply with organizational rules, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Assist in transferring paperwork data into computer files or database systems.
- Input accurate detail in a digital database and continuously update existing data.
- Create spreadsheets for large data entry
- Compiling, verifying data, and sorting information to prepare for data entry
- Review data for errors and correct any incorrect data entry
- Create spreadsheets that contains employee and agency information
- Verify data to be accurate
- Update existing data
- Organize paper data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Organize paperwork after entering data and file in correct areas
- Retrieve data from the databases or electronic files as requested
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Secondary education in HR, Administration, or related field an asset
- Ability to work within recognized turnaround times
- Experienced with excel, Microsoft suite, SharePoint, adobe, etc.
- Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Ability to translate and use company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work both individually and within a group environment
- Ability to stay organized, regard to information, follow guidelines and multi-task in a professional and effective manner
