Call Assist specialises in providing 24/7 vehicle assistance services, primarily following a breakdown or accident. We reach our customers fast by working with our networks of independent Recovery Operators situated throughout the UK and Europe.
Call Assist works with many companies providing a rescue service on their behalf, either behind their brand or under the Call Assist Rescue brand. Anyone who has broken down on a busy motorway or suffered an accident late at night can relate to our motivation in taking the stress away from our customers and professionally manage the situation in a considerate manner.

As a Data Entry Assistant your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment. You be part of a Team responsible the inputting of a high volume of supplier invoices using our in-house data entry software.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and validating a high volume of supplier invoices in line with payment terms.
- Ensuring all costs billed are in line with policy entitlements.
- Identifying and resolving queries against supplier invoices which have been billed incorrectly via email and telephone.
- Perform any Ad hoc duties to support the wider Finance / Accounts team.

Working Hours
The core hours for this role are 9am – 5:30pm, based in the centre of Colchester.
This role will initially be based in our St Peters Court Colchester Office, however, once fully trained this role can allow for hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week based in the Office.
