We primarily sell Music, DVDs, Books, Video Games, Merchandise and Electronics online through our various partners such as Amazon, eBay & Fnac as well as having our own website.
We are looking for a new team member to join our IT team, the ideal candidate is someone who wants to work alongside a friendly team for the long term.
For this role you will -
- Work with Microsoft Excel and other software programs to ensure stock figures are updated daily
- Initiate dialogue with suppliers to ensure the daily data has been received
- Work closely with the Ordering Team to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work with daily deadlines
- Be involved with mostly repetitive tasks, so a high level of attentiveness is required
As an applicant you will have -
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas and Vlookups are a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organisational skills and ability to work within timescales
- An ability to learn and implement knowledge quickly and accurately
- Great communicating skills
- Ability to work well within a tight team, while also capable of working well individually
- Enjoys problem solving
