Come and join our European Social Fund (ESF) team as a Data Entry Administrator, supporting our CFO Activity Hub contract!
What happens at our Activity Hubs you may ask? Our trained team provide a comprehensive programme of social and creative activities for ex-offenders, both following release from prison and those serving community sentences. Our participants are invited to come and enjoy the support we offer to ensure they are well equipped with the necessary skills and confidence they need to re-enter the community.
As our ESF Administrator, you’ll maintain our information management systems and ensure all information inputted is accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose. So an excellent eye for detail is crucial!
We’ll need your excellent analytical skills to carry out regular assessments of system data, both identifying and rectifying any missing or complete information, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Our successful candidate will ideally have experience working with databases and systems, but we are not specifically looking for someone who ticks every box. Just so long as you know your way around a computer with excellent keyboard skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £20,971 - £22,849 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
