Data Entry Administrator
Home based (12 month Fixed Term Contract)
£23,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is the subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of asset finance and lending facilities for the truck, trailer, bus, coach and specialist vehicles sectors.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to provide effective support to the Customer Service Manager and wider business areas through collaborative actions to ensure extraction and transfer of the contractual data is completed within the agreed timeframe and project deadlines. This will ensure standardisation and consistency of data is held within the relevant system in preparation for future migration activity.
The successful Data Entry Administrator will;
Organise actions and tasks to ensure project timelines are within agreed parameters
Analyse data to assist in identifying contracts on the Legacy System working to the parameters provided
Follow the documented processes and procedures within expected quality objectives.
Follow the documented procedures, you will rekey the contractual information on to the Lease Administration System
Activate the contracts on the Lease Administration System including all relevant sub- processes eg registration of direct debits.
Ensure the data source for the project is always updated
The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Word and Excel and have excellent attention to detail.
