(Term time plus 2 weeks)

Hours: 8.00 am to 4.00pm (Mon- Friday 35 hours pw)

We are looking to appoint a Finance, HR & Data Officer with strong admin and financial skills to join us at Grange Primary school. We are located 2 minutes’ walk from South Ealing tube station. We are a diverse school and have a committed, friendly work force where everyone is valued and appreciated for their hard work.

You will be working in a busy office supporting parents, visitors and the Senior Leadership Team with various financial, HR and data enquiries and input. You should have a good attention to detail and be able to manage different priorities. Previous financial experience in a school or the public sector is highly desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Candidates must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office packages and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills as you will be involved in all the front line admin support functions.
