An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Culture & Capability Assistant Manager within the Data & Analytics team. This role will help us drive our Data Literacy and build our Data talent across the IP&I business.

LOCATION: Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

What you’ll need
- An Inquisitive nature– do you like to gather information and join the dots? You will be recommending, designing and documenting solutions and championing the data strategy across the IP&I business.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – you’ll be collaboratively working with colleagues from different areas across IP&I and the Group in order to understand and provide value and insight for our customers. You will be translating and helping our business build their Data Literacy.
- An enthusiasm for problem solving & analysis - you'll be investigating and analysing data to recommend and support solutions for our business areas.
- Well defined planning & organising skills as things could change and you'll need to adapt to a flexible agenda.
- An eye for detail and be able to communicate to senior audiences complex messaging – especially visually and through “telling the story” in a compelling way.
And any experience of these would be really useful
- Knowledge of Data Analytics, Engineering or Data Science
- Experience of documenting Data strategies or requirements
- Confident leading / building training pathways to help build Data Literacy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.
- Change management experience.
