Data Claims Officer
EHTT (Early Help Transformation Team) have a great opportunity within the team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with good communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, to join our high achieving team as a Data Claims Officer.
We are looking for a team player who will analyse data and compile evidence to showcase successful outcomes for families supported under Social Care or Early Help plans. This entails using data systems and Microsoft packages to present this information. A Data Claims Officer will need to analyse the quality of data held on our systems and rectify where needed. There are also opportunities for you to implement actions to improve and develop practice in our processes.
As a Data Claims Officer, you will build connections with our partners and other teams across the council requesting evidence that is accurate and up to date. We also have monthly targets that we must accomplish as a team, and we need a team member that is impassioned to contribute to this. The ideal candidate will also have a good level of education, experience of statistical analysis and the ability to complete a range of complex tasks as needed.
We will provide you with full training on our systems and processes. We will ensure you have all you need to understand the requirements of the programme as set out by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) Financial Framework for the national Supporting Families programme and Medway’s SF Outcomes Plan, while encouraging Medway’s Early Help ethos.
Data Claims Officers are line managed by the Project Lead for the Supporting Families Programme. The role is Hybrid – a mix of working from home and office (Child and Family Hub, Magpie Hall Road Chatham).
