Clients range from entrepreneurial fast growth starts ups, OMBs and SMEs through to large and significant sized corporate clients with deals up to £50million in value.

Job Description
The key responsibilities for this Corporate Finance and Forensic Accounting Executive include:
- Leading company valuations
- Carrying out market and buyer research, helping clients with due diligence and other assistance with the business sale process
- Undertaking price negotiations, debt/equity raising, forecasts, due diligence and other acquisition services
- Assisting on a wide range of forensic accounting assignments, covering the full spectrum of litigation support services
- Undertaking technical work and being available to provide technical expertise
- Exemplary levels of communication, technical accounting, Microsoft Office (including Excel) and report writing skills are essential, as is a keen, enquiring mind.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this Corporate Finance and Forensic Accounting Executive role would be/have:
- Fully ICAEW/ACCA qualified
- Some post qualified experience
- Audit or other practice experience
- Ideally some forensic/corporate finance/advisory/project experience
