Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months

The Role

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for accurately capturing data utilising bespoke company software, digitally capturing client information and carrying out quality checking of digital data within allotted timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Indexing and Cataloguing of Clients Data
  • Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure
  • Our clients and team members’ sensitive and personal information are protected and processed in accordance with the law
  • Our team members’ and clients’ rights under the legislation are fully protected.
  • Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules
  • Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.
  • Preparation of items for scanning
  • Inputting data in an accurate manner
  • Ensure relevant Data Protection and GDPR rules are adhered to
  • Use initiative to identify any improvements or efficiencies
  • Advise Supervisor of issues requiring attention.

  • Flexibility to work with and travel between the two teams based at the Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City sites
