Key Tasks
THE is looking for a Data assistant on a casual contract, who is a proactive individual with the ability to read/ speak Arabic. An early start or late start will be required occasionally, to make customer service calls with clients.
Key role responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer accounts information
- Resolve customer's queries and complaints; determining the cause of the query/problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via phone and email
- Supports the data team with data queries and Ad-Hoc administration
- Quality Control checking of institutions data submissions
- Manage large volumes of incoming/ outgoing calls
- Meet personal/team targets for data validation tasks
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Customer support experience
- Fluent in Arabic -written and spoken
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Data entry
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude and a willingness to understand the product and “ask questions” to ensure the “data entered” and maintained is with accordance to THE standards.
Language Skills –Arabic (Essential)
