Job description

We’re a London based start-up looking to expand our operational team to meet a rapidly growing workload. True Compliance provides housing associations and councils with online tools to allow them to easily manage their health & safety compliance. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to join our operations team. Working directly with the COO, you will assist in cleansing the data in the system and ensuring the system is reading the documents accurately. It will be expected that the successful candidate will complete their training in the office for a minimum of 6 weeks.

An example of some tasks that you will be expected to do:

  • Help manage our support ticketing system (Freshdesk) by responding to queries, keeping it tidy and up to date.
  • Investigating and problem solving issues.
  • Undertaking configuration changes within the system.
  • Raising tickets for developers where necessary.
  • Updating data via API programatically.
  • Writing SQL reports.
  • Robustly testing deployments from developers to ensure that the fixes have no unforeseen impact on the application.
  • Mapping certificates for programmatic reading by system.
  • Writing knowledge base articles for users on how features work.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of being able to prioritise tasks and complete those tasks to a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Discrete with sensitive information.
  • Independent and quick learner.
  • Able to focus on task and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good Excel Skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of API.
