JOB TITLE: Data & Member Support
SALARY: £37,548 - £41,720 (May vary on location)
LOCATION(S): Halifax, Bristol, Edinburgh & London
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
Member Services is part of the Group Pensions Team within the People & Places division of Lloyds Banking Group. We look after the pension arrangements of around 350,000 of our colleagues and former colleagues, working with a network of suppliers and advisers and reporting to the Trustee Board. There are several different pension schemes, with different benefit structures providing both DB and DC benefits. Overall, the portfolio is among the largest private pension arrangements in the UK both by assets under management and the number of members.
Our main purpose is to support good outcomes for our members. Running the schemes effectively includes supporting members with their pension related queries and making sure records are accurate. We also work with our suppliers to ensure they can provide a quality service to members which evolves through continuous improvement.
There is a requirement in the role to analyse, manipulate and summarise data, producing meaningful MI for internal stakeholders. We also need you to connect with multiple stakeholders to ensure the internal tools, processes and procedures are fit for purpose to facilitate an efficient operating model. We’ll be looking to you for great collaboration and IT skills.

Support the Operations Data Manager with data quality analysis, data cleanse proposals and reporting.

Work with the Member Services team and suppliers on any project that requires data analysis. data manipulation, summarising or cleanse.

Support the Member Services team with developing and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and adoption of Microsoft applications.

Embed Microsoft 360 tools (Power BI) that will ensure appropriate reporting can be delivered to stakeholders.

Take ownership for Member Services data related process maps and reviewing regularly to ensure fit for purpose.

Review supplier data requests ensuring they are necessary and relevant, logged for audit trail purposes and the data is deleted when no longer required.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with other teams (internal and external) within the end-to-end process to identify and deliver improved processes, procedures and/or controls.

Support with a standard document management system ensuring clear naming conventions and version controls for all documents within folders and, identifying documents and files which can be archived or deleted.
