Data and Integrations Manager (Inside IR35), Security Cleared SC Term: 15 Months ing Authority: Bank of England Location: Hybrid/London As the Data and Integrations Manager on the Finance Transformation Programme you will be Security Cleared to SC Level and be part of an experienced delivery team and will report into the Finance Transformation Senior Manager. The role will have responsibility for business change within the overall programme as well as working on cross programme issues and supporting as required. As a Data and Integrations Manager your main responsibilities would be: Working closely with business representatives and SMEs across the Bank Assessing and understanding the impacts of the Finance Modernisation programme on business areas Planning, managing and reviewing user acceptance testing (including identification of resources) and defect triage Co-ordination between business user testers, internal system testing team and system integrator test manager Co-ordinating data cleansing, data preparation for migration and testing and version control (for migration and testing) across all workstreams Oversee design and specification of internal Bank integrations and ensure appropriate resource and time is factored into plan Defining and executing UAT communications Input to regular reporting on project progress, issues, risks and milestones Support go-live, working with wider project team, business areas, service introduction etc You'll have relevant experience/Skills/Qualifications in: Valid and active SC Clearance Relevant test and data management experience within a complex project/programme Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence business outcomes Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities Ability to use judgement and provide sound justification for decisions, tailoring approach to delivery based on experience Independent problem/issue resolution, analytical and decision making- using critical thinking, analysis and data, always keeping the big picture in mind. Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation with relevant business and technology areas and with the implementation partner Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and able to present at governance forums and Boards as required Willing and able to create detailed solutions and trouble shoot issues when needed Working with external partners Delivering an integrated finance platform, ideally Oracle Fusion Experience of ACE integrations or Oracle Integrations Cloud Jobg8 UK
