Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to work with one of the biggest luxury companies in the world.
Some of the responsibilities of this role are:
- Analyse data sets, identify discrepancies, and generate visualisation dashboards and reports to support digital marketing strategies and other business decisions
- Extract, clean, verify and validate data from cloud platforms using SQL
- Experience in digital media planning and activation (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display etc.)
- Identify and use test frameworks and KPIs to evaluate and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Spot trends and patterns in data sets to drive business growth and improve KPIs for digital marketing campaigns
- Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and requirements and provide solutions
- Confidently manage clients of various seniority levels
- Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across different business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Hands-on experience with Data visualisation and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and GDS.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience extracting and manipulating data from cloud platforms such as AWS
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Macros, VLookup, pivot tables etc.
- Experience with data governance policies and procedures
- Experience cleaning, verifying, and validating data
- Experience with digital media buying platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing technology like ad verification and ad serving
- Experience with programmatic buying
