About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, production assistant to join our growing company. You will be responsible for preparing and helping with the production, ensuring the quality of the food, cleaning and maintaining the kitchen. You must follow recipes and ensure that you are completing orders correctly, including identifying allergies and following the Company's procedures. You will also be responsible for dealing with suppliers and placing orders.
About the candidate:
- Attention to detail.
- Organised.
- Can manage stock rotation/inventory.
- Can manage a small team, and oversee quality.
- Training in allergy control.
- 2+ years of kitchen experience.
- Minimum level 2 hygiene + safety certificate.

There are 5 working days, of which one is during the weekend.
Shifts are from 6:00-16:00 with a one hour break.
