What you'll be doing
- Effectively manage and action the team’s IT Service Desk ticket queue
- Work on IT Projects, gain an understanding of complex business processes, delivering solutions that support business process improvements.
- Design and development of data transformations using a variety of tools, such as Matillion ETL, dbt, Snowflake, and SQL.
- Build clear and functional Dashboards/Reports in line with the companies’ style guidelines with Power BI.
- Create/maintain high-quality documentation for all work is undertaken and team processes.
- Adhere to the company's Change Management Process for all work carried out.
- Work closely with other members of the Data and Analytics team.
- Take a methodical approach to test your own work and provide evidence of such testing to business stakeholders.
- Understand and comprehend complex data structures with an ERP system and convert these into structures and schemas suitable for reporting.

- Strong SQL skills.
- Programming experience, e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, Visual Basic.
- Reporting Tool experience, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports
