We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team specializing in data analysis for our Engine Business in Darlington / your remote home office. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Use MATLAB and other software to provide advanced analysis of the performance of our products
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyse Big Data
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure flow of relevant data into the department
- Create impactful presentations to summarise key findings to internal teams
- Complete ad hoc data analysis requests submitted via the departmental ticket system
- Working to support the team in analysing data and creating software tools to support business wide engineering teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Experience with MATLAB/coding software (essential)
- Experience with MS Excel including Pivot Tables (essential)
- Experience with Power BI (desired)
- Great communication skills
