In this role, you will lead a Sales team and grow Google Cloud accounts in assigned territories. You will build executive-level relationships, and align our offerings and partners’ value proposition to customers’ needs. You’ll be prospecting, qualifying, and orchestrating a cross-functional team, leveraging the right resources, including customer engineering, partner management, professional services, and field teams. You will work with agreements and be part of a specialised team.

Responsibilities
- Hire, motivate, develop, and lead a team of sales specialists to grow and exceed annual and quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with the wider Google sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall data analytics pipeline health.
- Explore and understand customer requirements on business and technical levels. Engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
- Generate a plan to ensure broad data analytics growth into Google Cloud accounts and manage cross-functional partners in implementation projects and agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
