A bit about the role...
Working in the Delivery, Planning and Insights team, the Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery and management of common, consistent and high-quality data and reporting.
You will be joining our small but talented team, who are committed to making positive change in the organisation. This is a rare chance to shape the future in a fast growing, national organisation with a real social purpose.
Additionally, we are a collaborative, supportive and proactive team when it comes to sharing knowledge and developing our skills. We work together through regular learning sessions and project/product deep dives, all with an aim of ensuring that collectively we can respond to the challenges asked of us.
A bit about you…
The post holder will be required to establish data and system requirements, embed new tools and approaches to information analysis, automate reporting processes and ensure data quality. You will be comfortable in collecting and analysing data from multiple sources and converting them into meaningful insights, largely through Power BI, to drive business decisions and underpin data-led decision-making.
The applicant must have recent experience of using Power BI or other similar data visualisation/reporting tools.
The applicant must have experience of working in a data or analytical discipline.
