Patient Experience is an important measure of quality and we wish to ensure that patients who use Oxleas NHS services are provided with the best possible experience. The views of our service users and carers are at the heart of improving the way we deliver services.
We are seeking a Data Analyst to work with other colleagues to support the coordination and analysis of patient experience data. The role will require research, data analysis and problem solving skills and we are particularly interested in hearing from graduates with a real passion for improving the patient experience.
Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to perform a MS Excel test as part of the interview process.
- The coordination and project management of a number of work streams within the Patient Experience Team
- Introducing new initiatives to improve Patient Experience
- Analysing large amounts of data, applying specialist statistical and qualitative analysis techniques
- Supporting staff with methods of data collection
- Producing high quality informative reports on patient experience outcomes for dissemination to relevant groups
- To support the monitoring of the progress of Patient Experience projects across the Trust and to provide regular progress reports on request

We manage hospital sites including Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup and Memorial Hospital, Woolwich, as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit for people with mental health needs.
